2. Reservations & Payment

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Royal Emirates Resort and Spa.
  • Deposits and Payments: A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Full payment may be requested either at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on the terms of your booking.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Failure to cancel a reservation within the specified time frame may result in the forfeiture of any deposits or advance payments. The specific cancellation terms will be communicated during the booking process.
  • Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: Guests may check in after [check-in time]. A government-issued ID or passport must be presented at the time of check-in.
  • Check-Out: Guests must check out by [check-out time] on the day of departure. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
  • Early Departure: In case of an early departure, guests may be charged for the full duration of the original booking unless otherwise specified.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner and comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay. Any illegal activities or disruptions to other guests may result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the resort property during their stay. The cost of any repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • Personal Belongings: While we take reasonable precautions, Royal Emirates Resort and Spa is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to secure valuables in the in-room safe or with the front desk.

5. Use of Facilities

  • Spa and Wellness: Our spa and wellness facilities are for the use of registered guests only. Guests must follow all guidelines, including age restrictions and health advisories, for certain treatments.
  • Pool and Other Amenities: Pool access is limited to guests only. Children must be supervised at all times. The resort reserves the right to close facilities for maintenance or other reasons without prior notice.

6. Health and Safety

  • COVID-19 Guidelines: We follow all local health regulations and COVID-19 protocols. Guests are required to adhere to social distancing, mask-wearing, and other guidelines as mandated by local authorities.

8. Changes to Your Reservation

We reserve the right to make changes to your reservation in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, governmental regulations, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate you or offer an alternative arrangement.

9. Liability

  • Personal Injury: Royal Emirates Resort and Spa will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred by guests during their stay, except where caused by the resort’s negligence.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, strikes, or governmental actions.

10. Website Usage

  • Content Accuracy: While we strive to ensure the information on our website is accurate, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or make updates without prior notice.
